Seamless Remote Support for Network Engineers

Emmett Communication’s technicians are trained and equipped to provide remote access and warm hands assistance for our client’s offsite Network Engineers.

Our technicians are equipped to work with the client’s Engineers to provide remote access through our laptops using the client’s preferred platform to provide console access to the network equipment to allow for remote testing and configuration of the customer’s equipment. Our techs are also trained to provide onsite warm hands assistance for the client’s Engineers to diagnose and repair network trouble spots.
