At Emmett Communications, we are well accustomed to working with customers whose operation is fluid. Many of our customers have locations that move, shut down completely, or open in new areas.

In this case, it is often our customer’s responsibility per their lease to leave the space ready for occupancy by the next tenant. Emmett’s team can decommission the space to get it ready for the next tenant.

Our team will collect the client’s network equipment and return it as directed by the client. If required, Emmett will remove all of the cabling and network racks from the space to satisfy the lease agreement.

Emmett’s team will leave the space with no trace of the client’s network operation and nice and clean for the next tenant.
